This breath-taking route starts in Camps Bay, the western side of Table Mountain and leads up a chain of dramatic peaks, called the Twelve Apostles. Sea views on the ascent. Includes a visit to possibly the best photo spot on the mountain, called diving board rock. From here it leads through pristine fynbos covered valleys and a bit further up you get superb views down the length of the Cape Peninsula. It finishes on the famous tabletop summit with breath taking views of the city and Table Bay. Kasteelspoort is one of the top-rated half day hikes on Table Mountain and also the most popular route on the Twelve Apostles side.
